This page explains what we collect when you book a grooming slot, buy from the supply shelf, or drop in for a weight and wellness check, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Booking and contact forms hold your name, phone number, email, your pet's name and breed, and any notes you add about behaviour, allergies or past grooming. We also keep basic technical data such as browser type, device and pages visited, plus analytics events that show which pages people use most.
The site uses cookies to keep your session working and to measure traffic. Analytics tools record page views and general location, not your pet's medical history. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the booking flow may stop working properly.
We use your details to confirm appointments, send deworming and tick check reminders, follow up on care notes after a visit, and answer questions about an order from the supply shelf. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for unrelated advertising.
A small number of service providers help us run the shop: website hosting, email delivery, form handling and analytics. They only process data on our instructions. Care notes stay inside our team and are shared with you directly, not published anywhere.
You can ask to see the data we hold about you and your pet, request corrections, ask for a copy in a portable format, or have it deleted. You can also withdraw consent for reminders at any time. If you are in the EU or California, GDPR and CCPA rights apply to you as well.
Booking records and care notes are kept while you remain a client, then for a short period afterwards so we can answer follow-up questions. Analytics data is retained in aggregate. When a record is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymise it.

We do not make misleading claims about results, invent endorsements or brands, or create fake urgency around bookings. Care notes describe what we observed during a visit, not a guaranteed outcome, and any treatment decision for your pet stays with you and your vet.
