Bookings and services
Grooming appointments, nail trims, tick and flea checks, deworming reminders, and wellness drop-ins are booked in good faith. A slot is held for you, so please give us notice if plans change. We may adjust or stop a session if a pet is too stressed to continue safely.
Your responsibilities as an owner
Tell us the truth about your pet: age, vaccination status, known bites or allergies, and how they behave around strangers, clippers, and other animals. If your dog needs a muzzle or a specific handling approach, say so before the visit starts. You stay responsible for your pet's health decisions.
Supply shelf purchases
Leashes, harnesses, beds, bowls, and chew-resistant toys are sold as described on the shelf and in your order confirmation. Once an order is confirmed, we set the item aside for collection. Check sizing and fit at pickup; if something does not suit your dog, tell us before you take it home.
Care notes are guidance, not diagnosis
After each visit we write a short note about what we saw and what to watch. That note is practical observation from a grooming and care team, not veterinary advice. For anything urgent, a lump, a limp, a sudden change in appetite, contact your vet rather than waiting for the next appointment.
Puppy socials and cat corner
Weekend puppy socials and the monthly cat corner are shared spaces. Keep your animal supervised, respect other owners and their pets, and follow staff instructions on where dogs and cats stay separated. We can ask anyone to leave if the space stops being safe for the animals in it.
Website use and content
Text, photos, and shelf labels on this site belong to Bhampets. You may read, share links, and use the booking pages as intended. Do not copy our content for commercial use, scrape the site, or attempt to interfere with how it runs.
Limits of our liability
We take care with every animal in our hands, but grooming and handling carry some risk, especially with anxious or senior pets. We are not liable for reactions, existing conditions, or outcomes that fall outside what a care team can reasonably control. Where a concern arises, we will talk it through with you directly.
Changes to these terms
We update these terms when our services or processes change. The current version is always the one published here. If you keep booking, buying, or visiting after an update, that counts as acceptance of the revised terms.
